Wes is currently the Principal Bartender and Event Coordinator at Hidden Harbor and the Independent. He also has a fast-growing YouTube Channel called “Whiskey with Wes” where he teaches viewers the art of a great cocktail.
With experience as the Corporate Bartender of Pittsburgh's Wigle Whiskey Distillery, he has an extensive background in the World of Whiskey. He twice attended a week-long intensive Bourbon Bartender Camp in Kentucky, called Camp Runamok. He served as a Principal Bartender for the two-time James Beard National Semi-Finalist for "Best Bar Program" at Butcher & The Rye.
