Mark has been an active real estate investor since 2004, so he brought a wealth of knowledge with him when he founded Luxmana Investments in 2011.  He started out as a part-time investor––holding a full-time job in high tech––and his passion for real estate enabled him to escape the rat race of Corporate America.

Prior to Luxmana, Mark succeeded in multiple development projects in the trendy Highlands and Berkeley areas of Denver, Colorado.  Since then, he's acquired dozens of residential and multifamily income properties through Luxmana Investments LLC, which he founded in 2011, and Peak Margin Partners LLC, which he co-founded in 2013.

Mark has successfully overseen the operations of his own assets, and that of other investors, in Colorado, Texas, Florida and Illinois.  This includes his active involvement with MBP Capital and Catalyst Multifamily Management—a highly successful multifamily investment, management and brokerage firm.  During this tenure, Mark has had property management oversight of his Dallas area multifamily portfolio, while assisting with acquisitions and dispositions of assets as well.

Josh Elledge is the Founder of Angel of SavingsAngel.com, which bolsters the buying power of the average U.S. family by combining technology, coupons and smart thinking for extreme savings on household consumables and everyday items.

He is also the Founder of upendPR, a software as a service / membership-based website providing step-by-step video coaching, live training, direct access to over 1 million media contacts, media monitoring for ongoing story-ideas, agency-level journalist inquiry monitoring, ongoing pitch creation, and impactful consulting for entrepreneurs and startups seeking to exponentially increase sales & traffic.

Through his work with SavingsAngel.com, Josh has emerged as one of the nation’s leading experts on consumer savings. Josh’s technologic tinkering cut his family of five’s monthly grocery bill by half, to $300, and created SavingsAngel.com, the most comprehensive coupon and sale matching service available. SavingsAngel.com has become a major operation employing up to 50 employees and grossing more than $5 million in sales with less than $500 in advertising spent.

Through the years, Josh has consulted dozens of successful entrepreneurs – assisting them in creating the same sort of success he’s earned. That consulting eventually led to the creation of upendPR.com – which is designed to consult with and provide the tools for entrepreneurs who want to dramatically increase their own sales by attracting the perfect audiences without the typical expense associated with a PR firm.
